I get it. That's one reason I've stayed away from real estate outside of REITs. Affordable markets have less NIMBYism, meaning rents wont increase, and pricey markets are the opposite.

I wish there was a study of the cost differences between products with big brands v Kirkland or Trader Joes. After all, they are the same products. Not similar but often same with different label.

Yeah they didn't vet this one or represent their followers' interests. Bigger question is why does their audience need credit card debt consolidation advice. Seems odd.

Love PPCIan and I'm thinking of following his advice in this video. I want to focus more on dividend investing at this point in my journey, so I'm always consuming info but having a bit of paralysis by analysis.
