Around 5% of my stock portfolio is with 3m. I consider them one of my stable dividend stocks. I don't take the dividend right now, I'm reinvesting it, and I'm happy to do so. That's all I have to say about that. I'm no expert.

To cope with rising costs I did a two month survey of EVERY PENNY my family spends at the supermarket. We waste about $150 a month in food that just goes bad. And we spend a lot of herbs that we could easily grow, about $50 a month. These green onions are our first attempt to address the issue.    ...

VICI was great for those who bought in during the pandemic. I'll pretend I was that guy. I actually held before, nearly sold as a loss, told myself not to, and now I'm back at about even. Lol!

I think VICI is cool because it seem uncorrelated with most REITS.
