With housing going up... we need more building. I'm thinking about buying this chunk of land near me, putting a trailer on it, and slowly building a trailer park because building SFRs is tough. Lol. Don't get me started on "historic" designations... Not really relevant... sorry for the rant. Enjoy the video. it's a good one.

I get it. That's one reason I've stayed away from real estate outside of REITs. Affordable markets have less NIMBYism, meaning rents wont increase, and pricey markets are the opposite.
